Housing Ombudsman is a rapidly expanding organisation which exists to help resolve disputes between tenants and landlords quickly and amicably.

You’ll be responsible for everything from organising meetings and events, processing payments and updating HR records to dealing with emails and managing facilities and Health & Safety. Customer care is a high priority for us and you’ll need to be able to hit the ground running from Day One.

It follows that we’re looking for a flexible, versatile person with excellent communication, prioritising and problem-solving skills. A good command of Microsoft Office suite [including 45 wpm typing] will be essential a is previous work experience.

Closing date: Midnight, Monday 27 May 2013.

The Assessment Centres will be held on: Wednesday 26 June 2013 and Thursday 27 June 2013.
