There is a strong emphasis on recruitment, assessment and support ensuring carers offer high quality placements to Children in Care. The Fostering Service is looking for a committed and enthusiastic social worker to join an experienced and dedicated team. Please note that this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is subject to a Criminal Records Bureau disclosure check.A current Certificate of Registration with the GSCC is essential.

Contract: Part Time; 22.5 Hours Per Week; Temporary for approximately 11 months to cover adoption leave.
