We already manage around 16,000 homes for 30,000 residents spanning London, the south east, the midlands and Sussex – and we’re still growing. That’s why we need someone like you to come in and play a vital role in the sale of our new developments.

Responsible for ensuring Viridian provides a high quality, professional sales function that has excellent customer service and the achievement of targets at its heart, you’ll get involved in a wide range of activities from day one. As well as responding to sales enquiries about shared ownership, older persons shared ownership and outright sales, you’ll also actively promote the Viridian brand at every opportunity. Indeed, devising a series of launches, open days/evenings and even promotional weekends will be just as vital as monitoring the end-to-end customer journey to ensure sales are achieved off plan. Inputting into new policies, processes and procedures will be important too, as will liaising with local authorities to enable properties to be marketed and allocated correctly. And, when it comes to assisting with specification choices and the development of show flats, again, your input will be key.

As you would expect, it’s a role that requires a degree of flexibility, including a willingness to work some evenings and weekends, mainly to undertake viewings. Accordingly, as well as an understanding of the conveyancing and development processes, you’ll need excellent communication skills. The ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment and an understanding of S106 and nomination agreements is also key, as is experience of delivering off plan sales and monitoring the customer journey. An understanding of the retirement housing market is also desireable. Numerate, adaptable and self-motivated, you know how to market to different audiences and enjoy using your initiative and experience to solve problems. Above all however, you’re a real team player who has what it takes to manage third party agencies and a real desire to achieve targets whilst building the Viridian brand.

This role is fixed term for 2 years.
