Senior Project Manager

We are looking for two experienced property development professionals to work in our multi-disciplinary development and new business directorate. Both posts need people who are focused on driving the delivery of complex development projects. You’ll be a confident communicator, enjoy motivating your team, negotiating with developers, consultants and contractors and building relationships with colleagues and partners to deliver successful commercial outcomes.

Post 1 – working in our specialist “major projects” team, you will lead on the delivery of joint venture developments of some 700 affordable and private homes in the London Docklands. You’ll lead in securing planning permissions through to delivering the finished product and will have experience of project managing complex mixed-use developments as well as an understanding of place-making.

Post 2 – working in our regeneration team, your projects will involve extensive resident consultation to ensure the homes and communities we’re creating meet the aspirations of local people. You will have experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and managing delivery of phased developments.
