The British Youth Council (BYC) is looking for an organised and effective Senior Policy and Campaigns Officer to join our friendly and dynamic team.
You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of BYC’s policy and campaigns for our member organisations and young people.
We are looking for a self-motivated, delivery-focused individual with a proven ability to develop evidence-based policy positions, and experience of delivering member-led campaigns.
You will need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of UK government, and devolved administration, policy development and structures.
You will also be passionate about making a difference to young people. BYC is an organisation run by young people, for young people. Our board of trustees are all aged 18-25, and you will reflect this in your genuine commitment to enabling young people to participate and make a difference.
