Senior Environmental Health Officer

We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced SEHO, with a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and a confidence to enforce required standards. You will work in the Food and H&S section and be committed to working with others to provide efficient, effective and relevant services, which will include undertaking some Food Standards and Infectious Disease work.

As a key member of the team, you will lead on or undertake a range of inspections, investigations, interventions, and projects. You must have good interpersonal and communication skills, being a team player with drive to meet and exceed performance targets.

Flexibility and a willingness to work outside of normal office hours is required.

An ability to communicate in both Welsh and English is advantageous for you to work effectively in a bilingual society.
