Hours:23.5 hours per week to be worked 1.00 pm – 5.00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9.00 am – 5.00 pm on Wednesday. 

Salary:15,452 - £19,366 per annum pro rata (plus benefits)

Location:HG Wells Conference and Events Centre Woking 

Situated in the heart of Woking H.G.Wells Conference & Events Centre is a modern, purpose built venue based in the heart of a busy, vibrant town. The venue has a selection of rooms and can cater for up to 800 guests in a wide range of formats. Our Wells Room is the largest event space in Surrey so we are very experienced in running exciting, high profile events.

As part of the Sales Team, you will be required to offer administrative support to them as well as provide the first point of contact at H.G. Wells Conference & Events Centre.

You will need to be able to provide excellent customer care, work efficiently backing up the sales office with attention to detail in all tasks.

The role includes:

- Contact Management

- Assisting on events administration

- Maintaining customer feedback

- Carrying out competitor analysis

- Secretarial duties for the General Manager
