If so we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team letting Council properties across the City.

Vacancy detail

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills:-

  • Ability to work as part of a team and to set targets. * Ability to use interpersonal and communication skills to achieve targets. * Ability to identify and seek solutions of day to day issues. * Good oral and written communication skills. * Good organisation skills, able to plan and monitor own workload and work within tight timescales under pressure. * Ability to prioritise workload. * Ability to work within a customer focused service. * Ability to use, input and interrogate IT systems · Knowledge of the housing issues affecting homeless people & other applicants.
Please note that this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and is subject to a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure Check. Contract: Part-time, Permanent Post – 22 hours per week, 3 days per week – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
