Quality Assurance Officer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team of Quality Assurance Officers. These are new posts designed to continually improve the estate environment for our residents. As a Quality Assurance Officer you will have overall responsibility for the monitoring and quality assurance of all services provided to the communal areas of our estates. This will include caretaking and cleaning, grounds maintenance and communal repairs. You will lead on estate inspections and walkabout programmes, liaising effectively with local residents, members, service suppliers and other stakeholders.

The successful candidates will need to have:

• Excellent communication skills
• The technical skills to identify defects and service failures
• Clienting or contract management experience
• Excellent negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver successful outcomes and a strong customer focus
• Ability to attend early morning and evening meetings

Your budget management experience will assist you in making the most effective and innovative use of your local budgets. You will be expected to co-ordinate environmental activities on estates in partnership with other agencies, submitting bids for additional funding when required.
