Plashet Park – The London Borough of Newham has just been awarded Parks for People funding to deliver a £1.89m restoration to Plashet Park in the Manor Park area of east London. ActiveNewham, as the appointed delivery agent for the London Borough of Newham, is now looking to recruit a suitably experienced Project Manager to help us deliver this work.

If you are a dedicated and energetic professional who can demonstrate a track record in delivering high profile projects within a public sector environment you might just be the person we are looking for to join our small busy team. You will need to demonstrate that you have the following qualities:

• Successful development and delivery of high profile public landscape and building projects

• Excellent project management skills

• Able to engage with elected members and local people in a positive way

• Proactive and responsible with the ability to drive for the best outcome
