Based at Mid Sussex District Council, with possible travel to other CenSus locations within West Sussex.
22 hours per week over 5 days between 08:30 – 17:30
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
You will be part of a team supporting 1500 users from multiple sites, logging IT incidents and requests in the call management application. You will be making every effort to resolve reported incidents as the first point of contact wherever possible, and giving a first-rate customer service experience.
You will have good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills. A general all round knowledge of PCs including PC operating systems and MS office suite applications would be beneficial. Previous experience of providing 1st line support and some technical skills is desirable.
Interviews will take place week commencing 24 June 2013
Horsham District Council has commenced a comprehensive review of employment terms, conditions and pay structure. The review is scheduled for completion Summer 2013.
