Neighbourhood Officer

We currently have an exciting opportunity fora Neighbourhood Officer to join our existing Neighbourhood team, based in WestLondon. Our aim is “to provide services which our residents value in a waywhich is reliable, responsive and respectful.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record ofdelivering high quality tenancy management services to diverse residents, acommitment to involving tenants in the management of their Estates andNeighbourhoods. Along with an ability to work closely with residents to tackleAnti-Social Behaviour and Neighbour Disputes promptly, effectively and to theirsatisfaction.You will need to have a proactive approach in achieving results, workingefficiently towards relevant goals and a ability to organise your workload toensure that you maintain high standards and also have good written and verbalcommunication skills, along with proficient IT skills, e.g. MS Outlook, Wordand Excel
