Maintenance Administrator

Domus was established in August 2009 as a joint venture providing a responsive maintenance service for residents of Shepherds Bush Housing Group. The group owns and manages approximately 5000 homes across west London, including temporary accommodation and over 700 shared ownership homes. The group also includes Westside Support Services, our supported housing team, and Staying Put Services, a registered charity providing housing and health related services.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team supporting our day to day repairs service; responding to calls, scheduling appointments and carrying out the administration for the service. You will need to liaise with colleagues, residents and agencies to deliver a first class service and meet our challenging performance targets.
