Lecturer in Plumbing

Due to our continued success we are seeking to recruit professional, innovative and self-motivated, Lecturers to join our Construction team based at our Holly Hill Campus.

You will manage the learning process from student enrolment to achievement, including the assessment of learning outcomes and all associated administration.

Professionally experienced and qualified to NVQ3 or equivalent these roles require a high level of knowledge, experience and understanding of the subject areas. You should hold a teaching, Assessor and Verifier qualification and demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning, always putting the learner first and ensuring their success.

You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Most importantly, you must be able to engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
