Landscape Team Supervisor

Bracknell Forest Homes is the leading provider of affordable housing in the borough. One of our responsibilities is to maintain 75 hectares of hard and soft landscaping throughout Bracknell. As a result of a recent re-organisation of our landscape service we are now looking to fill the role of Landscape Team Supervisor.

You will be one of two Landscape Team Supervisors and you will lead a team of operatives undertaking a programme of planned landscape maintenance works. As well as managing and motivating your team you will be expected to undertake specific works yourself, to this end the majority of your working week will be spent on site.

The successful individual will have horticultural industry experience (minimum 5 years) and will have several years experience in effectively managing a small team of operatives.
