- This is a chance to use your excellent communication skills and understanding of the complaints process to help us deliver outstanding customer service.
- The role
- Based in our housing team but dealing with complaints from across all services you will undertake and resolve complex investigations at stage 2 and 3, in line with our corporate complaints process and respond to enquiries made by the Local Government Ombudsman. This will include drafting responses, providing high quality advice to Tenancy and Leaseholders Arbitration Tribunals and ensuring the process reflects best practice at all times.
- The requirement
- The role demands previous experience of carrying out investigations and communicating with customers at all levels. Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload to tight deadlines and targets, draft reports and respond to complex correspondence will be essential. You should also have a good knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms.
