About the Position…

If you enjoy working at the heart of a buzzing community, this role could be for you. Your aim will be to manage the Home Ownership Arrears Officers and Former Tenant Arrears Officers within the Income Services Team and ensure the recovery of rent arrears in a responsive, customer focused and efficient manner, in order to maximise income.

About you…

It’s important that you’ve worked in a similar role before – perhaps a Housing Association or Local Authority. You will have previous staff management experience and experience of managing leaseholder/shared ownership arrears. Previous knowledge of managing shared ownership or home ownership income will be advantageous. Above all, you’ll need the confidence and communication skills to work with a wide range of people and also as part of a team. You will ideally be able to drive.
