In this role, you will proactively monitor and collect the rental income due to the Association and the collection of any outstanding debt, adhering to the customer-focused credit management policies and procedures to maximise income and minimise arrears. You will also maintain accurate and up to date information concerning rent collection actions on our database.

You will be an excellent team player, committed to achieving set goals and objectives. You will be customer-focused and computer literate, and one who copes well with customer queries, responding in a calm and professional manner. An excellent professional telephone manner is necessary in this role.

Springboard Housing Association provides housing for the elderly and for people with special needs. We house and support more than 5,000 households, employ over 700 staff and work in 24 local authority areas across London, Essex and Hertfordshire.

This role is a 35 hours per week role. This job is based on a weekly rota with 8am to 4pm; 9am to 5pm; 10am, to 6pm shifts. The weekly rota is organised by the team and will normally include a minimum of one early and one late shift each per week. There is also the possibility of an occasional Saturday morning and evening to 9pm which are agreed with the team for arrears campaigns.
