Executive Director of Corporate Resources

About the role

This role is not just about being responsible for the corporate resources portfolio (including Finance, Corporate Services, HR and ICT), it’s about bringing these services together to transform the way that Estuary does business. As part of the Executive Team you will provide strategic leadership to Estuary Housing, creating effective internal partnerships across the organisation to drive change and transformation, resulting in a clear focus on improved services.

About potential candidates

We are looking for ambitious, strategic and corporate players, with strong track records of leading teams through change and supporting the delivery of excellent standards of performance. Experience of delivering through others across wide service remits, and an organisation as a whole, will be a pre-requisite. Previous Executive Director level experience is not necessary but candidates must be commercially astute and have experience of working closely with Board Members (or equivalent) to help drive an organisation forward.
