Executive Director of Operations

About the role

This role is not just about bricks and mortar. As Executive Director of Operations, you will provide strategic direction for a broad portfolio of services including our community development, family centre and supported housing and care services. As part of the Executive team, you will provide strategic leadership to Estuary Housing, driving change and transformation across the organisation, resulting in a clear focus on improved services.

About potential candidates

We are looking for ambitious, strategic and corporate players, with strong track records of leading teams through change and supporting the delivery of excellent standards of performance. Experience of delivering through others across wide service remits, and an organisation as a whole, will be a pre-requisite. Previous Executive Director level experience is not necessary but candidates must be commercially astute and have experience of working closely with Board Members (or equivalent) to help drive an organisation forward.
