Estate Services Officer

We are currently looking for an Estate Services Officer to make an effective contribution to the security and wellbeing of our residents, and the fabric of properties, by providing a responsive and proactive caretaking service. You will be responsible for keeping your estate clean and tidy, which will include the maintenance of all refuse areas, systems and equipment. You will undertake all appropriate security measures to guarantee the safety of residents, dealing promptly with any hazards and health and safety issues. You will also be responsible for completing minor repairs as required.

The ideal candidate will possess basic health and safety experience, and an ability to carry out property maintenance. Access to your own vehicle, along with adequate physical strength and mobility to carry out the tasks required, will be essential.

This role is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
