Employment Initiatives Manager Grade 8 (£29,236- £32,800)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and experienced manager to lead on employment and worklessness initiatives in Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT). GGHT is a stock transfer organisation, established in November 2010 with a stock of 8,700 properties. A large proportion of our stock is in the most deprived areas of Warrington and one of our aims has been to develop pathways to employment and training opportunities, primarily for GGHT householders. Qualifications, competency and experience must be complemented by qualities like flexibility, enthusiasm, a willingness to grasp opportunities as they arise, together with a passion to succeed. You can expect ongoing career development, team support and a working culture that strives for excellence.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to achieve results, excellent interpersonal skills and will have the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders including training providers and employers. The post holder will have experience of developing employment, social enterprises and other worklessness initiatives. An ability to solve problems and work on your own initiative are essential qualities for the role.
