Dignity in Care Programme Lead

Age UK is one of the three organisations that established the influential Commission on Dignity in Care. The Commission has now published its high profile final report and Age UK, alongside our partners, are committed to take forward an action plan to implement the Commission’s recommendations.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive forwards our work on improving dignity in care for older people in hospitals and care homes.

You will have a proven track record of delivering high impact projects, preferably within the health or social care sector or where improve care outcomes have been delivered. You will have strong communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders and a creative approach to engaging and enthusing professional audiences.

You will also, ideally, have experience of generating resources and successfully bidding for funding to support your work.
