12 months Fixed-term Contract

The A2Dominion Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of high quality homes and aims to provide real choice and excellent services to all its customers.

Our Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for our residents dealing with anything from maintenance issues to environmental matters; they are the people our residents turn to when there is a problem at home or in the surrounding community. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Customer Service Officers; this job is about encouraging your team to work to a high standard, improve working processes to make tasks as efficient as possible and most importantly, providing great customer service.

To succeed, you’ll have a proven background and experience in customer services and of managing a team in a call centre environment. Ideally, you’ll have gained your experience within the housing sector, as we need you to have good knowledge of responsive, day to day and general repairs; as it relates to affordable housing. You’ll also be an individual who can act as a role model, to motivate your team members to deliver an excellent service and to develop their own skills.
