London Strategic Housing, part of Network Housing Group, is focused on strengthening its position as market leader in developing and managing housing for Key workers in London.

We are looking for a customer champion who is an effective communicator to be part of the Customer Services Team, creating our vision of consistent end to end services at London Strategic Housing. This post will be based in our Wembley office and may occasionally need to work from other offices.

You will be dealing with all routine housing related enquiries from residents and applicants seeking accommodation, in addition to responding to the administrative needs of a busy organisation.

You will be from a customer facing background, with excellent computer skills and have a ‘can do’ approach to problem solving. On the job training will be provided to the successful applicant
