Working for L!BERATA as a Customer Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing help, information and advice on Pendle Council services face-to-face, over the telephone and via email.
We require enthusiastic, adaptable and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join us in providing a professional and responsive customer-focused service.
You must be able to demonstrate a real commitment to, and have experience of customer service delivery. You should also be numerate and literate, and have proven IT skills which are all essential to this post.
