Hours:Part-time. 22.5 hours per week, 3 days a week • Permanent • Fixed-term until 31 March 2014 

Salary:£17,150 - £23,130 pa, pro rata

Location:SL6 1RF 

We are seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer focussed individuals to join our Customer Contact Centre as part of our highly motivated and friendly team.Working in a highly pressurised and at times challenging environment, you will be our first point of contact for our customers. You will be required to log and escalate all enquiries in a efficient and friendly manner, either by telephone, face to face or Email, putting our customer’s needs first at all times.

Ideally you will possess experience in a customer service environment and will be educated to GCSE level /NVQ Customer Care level 2 standard, or equivalent, with excellent communication and IT literacy and keyboard skills. Full training will be provided and your salary progression will be linked to your service knowledge and experience, making this an excellent career opportunity.
