Curriculum Leader Dyslexia

The Additional Learning Support Department is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated manager tolead a team of dyslexia specialist tutors. The Dyslexia team provide specialist one to one support to College learners from across the whole range of College courses including Work Based Learning. The post holder will be expected to motivate this team to achieve the best results for the students and College.

You will have a passion for high standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as proven experience of managing a successful team. You will hold a dyslexia qualification as well as a teaching qualification and the experience of how to motivate a team to achieve the best results.
