We currently have a number of full time opportunities within the Customer Service Centre. You will be responsible for receiving first line customer contact on behalf of the Council from a wide range of customers, including sensitive issues such as child safeguarding. Your role will be to maximise resolution of customer enquiries at first point of contact. With strong verbal and written communication skills, you will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and improving the customer experience.
