Child Protection Report Writer

Hertfordshire County Council are looking to recruit a report writer who is able to produce clear and accurate reports of Child Protection Conference’s (CPC’s) and other meetings as required by the Child Protection & Statutory Review Service.

Report Writers should have sufficient technical expertise to quickly adapt to the environment with minimal guidance but maximum initiative. We require all reports and correspondence to be produced within statutory timescales, which are accurate and differentiate facts and opinion and clearly ascertain and record attendance, apologies and distribution arrangements.

The report writer must be able to cope with sensitive and complex information on a daily basis.

A full driving licence and use of car is essential as the Report Writer will be expected to cover the whole of the County. However, the majority of the CPCs will be held on our Apsley site.
