Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre includes a 25 metre pool and learner pool, fitness suite, exercise studio and a Hydrotherapy Pool. The Centre has achieved the Investors in People and the Customer Services Excellence quality standards and is currently working towards Quest accreditation.

We are looking for qualified Casual Leisure Assistants to join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. Applicants must possess the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and a current First Aid qualification is also desirable.

For this position good customer care skills are essential, along with a knowledge of Health & Safety issues. Applicants should have an understanding of the importance of Diversity and Equality in employment and in the provision of a sport and fitness service.

Casual Leisure Assistants are employed on an “as and when required” basis and are employed for short specified periods or to cover on an adhoc basis when we have staff shortages.

All staff will be expected to work a mix of shifts during the week or at weekends to meet the needs of the service.
