Assistant Director – Strategic Initiatives

This key role within our Development & Property directorate will help to ensure that East Thames remains at the fore-front of innovation in the housing sector. Following on from the successes that we have had in recent years in forming exciting new vehicles and joint-venture arrangements for projects such as the Athletes Village in Stratford and the £200m regeneration of the Ocean Estate in Stepney, we are now looking for a creative, entrepreneurial leader to develop and deliver innovative solutions across a range of new initiatives and opportunities in East London and Essex.

You will have a track record of successful implementing new solutions, of securing new opportunities for growth, forging successful alliances and relationships and of leading cross-organisational teams with an unwavering commitment to quality. You will be an excellent communicator and leader, with demonstrable experience in business planning, housing design and delivery and will have excellent creativity and problem solving skills.
