Hours:The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, (9.00 – 17.00, with 30 minutes for lunch).

Berkshire Women’s Aid provides support within the community for men, women and children who are affected by domestic abuse.

Berkshire Women’s Aid is looking for an individual who is committed, enthusiastic and experienced for an exciting role as Advocate / Educator in a 1 year pilot IRIS project (funding for this project has been kindly provided by the Partnership Development Fund.)

This full time post involves working closely with a number of GP practices in Wokingham, Reading and West Berkshire, providing training to front line health staff and advocacy for patients who are affected by domestic abuse.

An enhanced CRB check will be required for the successful candidate for this role.
