Part-time Data Administrator

20 hours per week term-time only (44.1 weeks paid per annum)
Monday to Friday (precise hours to be agreed)
APTC Scale 4: Points 18-21 (£18,675 – £20,610p.a. pro-rata and pay award pending)

A part-time Data Administrator is required from September 2009. The applicant must be able to use the spreadsheet application MS Excel to at least an intermediate level.

Ideally they must have a working knowledge of importing/exporting data from various applications, ability to manipulate data using an array of functions including the use of formulae and familiarity with using pivot tables would be beneficial. The ability to use Excel’s presentational tools is also an important requirement. The successful applicant will also offer practical and administrative support to the Head of Sixth Form and to the Subject Leader: Careers Education and Guidance/ Work Experience Coordinator. Previous experience in a school environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
