Deputy Headteacher L19 – 23

Emerson Park is a mixed, oversubscribed and successful 11-16 Specialist Sports College in the London Borough of Havering. We are set in pleasant surroundings on the edge of the green belt with close proximity to both countryside and central London. We are fortunate to benefit from talented and hard working staff, supportive parents and committed Governors and enthusiastic students.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:
• Is an excellent practitioner with a positive “can do” attitude to motivate and challenge students and colleagues.
• Can provide innovative and creative strategic leadership in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team.
• Has a proven track record of success in raising achievement and who has the experience, vision and motivation to drive forward the schools agenda for improvement.
• Is keen to foster collaborative partnerships within the community.
• Is looking for progression towards Headship.
