Required for immediate start or as soon as possible
30 hours per week x 52 weeks per year
Salary : APTC3 (Points 14-17)
£14,424 to £15,332 per annum including London Weighting
The Chafford School is both popular and oversubscribed, with Specialist and Business Enterprise Status. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy site team. Duties include the following :
•Maintenance
•Decoration
•Porterage
•Coverage of Lettings.
Candidates should have good inter-personal skills, be flexible with an “always willing to help” approach. This is a varied role, ideally the candidate should be physically fit as the Chafford is a large site. Previous caretaking experience would be an advantage.
The Chafford is situated in very pleasant landscaped grounds within minutes of good road (A13, M25) and rail (Fenchurch Street Line) links. Resources are excellent.
