We are looking for two Technical Services Officers in the Repairs and Maintenance Team to provide a technical role in repairs and void management. The roles will be to provide a customer first approach in line with Housing’s Ambition Plan and work with Contracts Surveyors on service compliance.

The main duties include scrutinising and validating survey reports for value for money, updating Northgate/Civica Systems, fostering good relations with customers and Resident Associations, effect collaborative working with our new contractors, invoice compliance and preparing performance reports.
