We are looking for a Technical Service Officer (Gas) in the Gas Repairs and Servicing team to provide a technical compliance role and to champion the rechargeable procedures within the Repairs and Maintenance Team.

The role will be to provide a customer first approach in line with Housing’s Ambition Plan and to work alongside the Contracts Surveyor (Gas) on service compliance.

The main duties will be scrutinising and assessing gas certificates across 4,000 properties for compliance and entering gas repairs reports on Northgate/Civica from our newly appointed gas contractor. In addition you will be responsible for implementing a new rechargeable reporting function. Ref. CW-TS2430
