We are looking for an ICT Technician whose key responsibilities will include:
- provision of first line support to staff and students in respect of their use of ICT resources and software
- routine network administration and the installation, maintenance and repair of computer hardware and the management of computer consumables
- the provision of support for the use of audio visual equipment used for teaching and events.
Essential requirements: experience of using computers for a wide range of tasks such as configuring and customising Windows
based software and networking. Some training will be available.
