Elmgrove is a three form entry primary school, catering for children from Nursery up to Year 6 in the London Borough of Harrow. We are a mainstream school and are very fortunate to be additionally resourced for children with disabilities who cannot attend their local school. At Elmgrove children come first and our priority is to deliver high quality teaching and learning whilst at the same time providing rich and truly enjoyable learning experiences for our community of children.

Required from Sept 2012

ICT is a critical part of our innovative curriculum and administrative operations. We have a school-wide wireless network and pupils have a very high level of computer access through portable devices.

We are seeking to appoint an individual with proven skills and experience to manage our technical support and ICT resources and inventory, including all classroom-based equipment, an ICT suite, server/network management, support children with ICT, our website and virtual learning environment. Liaison with a range of service providers and support agencies is critical to this position.

You will play a key role, with school leaders, in continuous development of our provision.

Good communication skills, enthusiasm, warmth and team spirit are essential for this role. Knowledge of school ICT, including LGFL, SIMS.net and current standards is highly desirable.
