This vacancy has arisen due to career progression of the existing post holder. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and creative to take this challenging aspect of our Housing Management (including Anti-Social Behaviour) Service forward.
You need to be well organised and possess strong performance and project management skills to manage a team of Housing Officers responsible for sustaining, supporting and enforcing our tenancies. In addition to a sound knowledge of housing legislation and good practice, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to work co-operatively with other teams and partners.
