Asset Management Team Recruitment – June 2012

It is an exciting time for the Asset Management Service in Harrow Council as following Housing Revenue Account reform, which has released extra resources for the service, the decision to retender the repairs service and move a number of key functions back in-house has resulted in a number of vacancies we are needing to recruit to. We are looking for people who are focussed on the customer, service delivery and obtaining value for money.

The role provides a comprehensive empty homes co-ordinating and compliance service in the delivery of the void repairs contracts and in conjunction with the Lettings and Resident Services teams.

Key requirements of the role:

• to improve the customer experience for new tenants once a property is let and carry out quality assessments following void repairs

• to give support to the Customer Experience Manager in a wide range of duties and projects including data collection tenant satisfaction

• a self-managing and an enthusiastic professional with a proven track record in void management and customer services in social housing or a related industry.
