Asset Management Team Recruitment

It is an exciting time for the Asset Management Service in Harrow Council as following Housing Revenue Account reform, which has released extra resources for the service, the decision to retender the repairs service and move a number of key functions back in-house has resulted in a number of vacancies we are needing to recruit to. We are looking for people who are focused on the customer, service delivery and obtaining value for money.

This role is vital to the Housing Services wider aim of “get closer to the customer” and reporting to the Head of Asset Management the key elements of the role are:

• champion customer service/communications across the Asset Management Service

• ensure we fully engage with Tenants and Leaseholders over the delivery and

performance of the service

• manage the customer satisfaction process and provide trend data to assist service improvements

• develop relationship plans for all service users, with a focus on the harder to reach groups

• to work closely with our contractors to continuously improve the way we deliver the service and enhance the customer experience. Ref. CW-CE2435
