As the senior lead for this service area you will need to be a skilled manager with direct experience of working with Children with Disabilities. Directly responsible for four Team Managers you will be accountable for the overall development, coordination and management of these teams as well as ensuring joint and integrated working with Health and other partner agencies.

You will be dynamic and possess good leadership skills in order to progress the good work that has recently been achieved and to lead forward and implement the changes required. You will need to be familiar with national developments, current changes in legislation including the Aiming High Agenda.
