Great Western Court is an intermediate care unit providing residential and day care services for older people. We are seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team. Are you interested in developing intermediate care services for older people and partnership working? Do you have experience of working in a residential/care setting? Do you hold an NVQ in social care or are you working towards this? If this is you, we would be interested in receiving your application and would welcome a visit to the unit.
