Hester’s Way and Rowanfield Children’s Centre requires a level 3 qualified Community Family Worker with at least two years experience of multi-agency working with children and families in the community, You will need experience of undertaking parenting assessments and CAF. You will need to be enthusiastic, well motivated, well organised, have a good knowledge of child development and attachment and committed to the ethos and practice of Every Child Matters
