Required for September 2009 to provide caretaking/cleaning service and supervision of a cleaner, ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained. Also some handyperson skills (painting, carpentry, plumbing etc.) We can offer some flexibility with the working hours.
Some previous experience and the ability to use own initiative would be an advantage.

We are not able to obtain Work Permits for this post as it has not been classified by the Home Office as shortage skilled occupation. This is in line with Home Office Guidance. Most posts will not attract a work permit as they will not be considered difficult to recruit to posts.
