St Peter’s Primary School in Chailey is seeking to appoint a friendly and efficient school secretary to run the school office.

Applicants should ideally have experience of undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties, and producing documents to a high standard. Applicants should have excellent ICT and communication skills and knowledge of the work of a school. They should be able to work in an organised manner and be committed to joining in with school life.

The working hours for this post are 8.15am – 4.15pm Monday to Friday. Lunch is taken from 12.15pm – 12.45pm.

This post is term time only, but will include one week to be worked in school holiday periods.

The salary is £14,407 – £15,576 pro rata, per annum, within Single Status Grade 4. There is a pay award pending.
