You’ll be part of a new team, ensuring that our contracted social care services are of a high-quality, value for money and are meeting contract requirements. You’ll liaise in a positive way with service providers and a broad range of professionals, identify areas for improvement and handle enquiries and complaints. A relevant qualification will be important and you should also have a proven, practical understanding of working within Adult Social Care.
The salary for this post is £24,402 to £26,016 per annum (NJC Senior Officer Scale 1). Please note there is a pay award pending for this role.
Starting salary is dependent upon your qualifications and previous relevant experience.
