They expect the highest standards.
You’ll deliver them.

Our children deserve the best when it comes to support and education, fulfilling their potential in a safe and healthy environment. You’re going to help bring that vision to life with £650 million in funding for child-focused capital projects.
This role is highly influential. It will be your job to understand the issues for each project and elicit innovative ways to resolve them. Building designs must raise standards and expectations for children and their families. They must be flexible and fit for the future.

You could have an understanding of buildings and premises or of schools, education and young children. But it will be your ability to define what’s wanted in a design and what is affordable as well as manage multiple projects. A clear focus on your priorities and ability to communicate effectively will be hugely important.

Please note that there is a Pay Award Pending for April 2009.

If you have any queries about the post or would like to discuss any aspects of the job in detail, please contact Maggie White, PCP Project Director, on 01273 335483.
